On December 20, 2021, the meeting of the Public Council of the Base Organization of the CIS states-members on environmental education was held at ISEI BSU.
Maskevich S.A., (Chairman of the Public Council of the Base Organization , Director of ISEI BSU, Professor), Kazak G.N., (Counselor of Humanitarian Cooperation, Education and Science Department of Executive Committee of Commonwealth of Independent States) greeted the participants of the meeting.
Chernaya V.V., Associate Professor of Medicine of Catastrophes and Emergency Medical of Ryazan State Medical University named after academician I.P. Pavlov of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation attended the meeting in person.

Following the agenda, the work results of the Public Council of the Base Organization of the CIS states-members on environmental education according to the Work Plan of the Public Council for 2021 on event holding at universities-partners were presented.
Besides, Avgusmanova T.V., (Deputy Director for Educational Projects of V.I. Vernadsky Foundation), Mamaedov Nizami Mustafa Ogly, (Professor of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the Russian Environmental Academy, International Academy of Communication, UNESCO Expert ) were recommended and included into the Public Council of Base Organization.
The participants of the meeting presented their proposals on the activities to be included in the Work Plan of the Public Council of Base Organization for 2022: V International Scientific Conference «Technogenic systems and environmental risk», XVIII International Research and Practical Conference «The Future of Nuclear Energy – AtomFuture-2022», the formation of research and methodological base of publications (with a publication on Googlе disk), International Environmental Olympiad of the CIS universities, III International Research and Methodological Conference «Environmental Education and Sustainable Development. State, Goals, Issues, Prospects», etc.
At the end of the meeting, the participants noted the cooperation and methodology experience share have been carried out during the year. A high level of publications has been maintained.
The work of the Base Organization of the CIS states-members on environmental education is considered satisfactory. The participants of the meeting expressed their interest in further cooperation development and expanding of inter-university ties on priority areas within the Public Council activity.
