On December 14, 2021, a grand ceremony of result announcement and winner award of the international ranking of green universities UI Green Metric Ranking of World Universities was held online. Based on the assessment of the international experts, ISEI BSU takes the 782nd position of 956 among higher education institutions of the world.
UI Green Metric Ranking of World Universities is the ranking of the greenest universities of the world established in 2010 by the University of Indonesia. The participants of the project are hundreds of universities in different countries of the world. In the methodology of environmental ranking of higher education institutions the following criteria determined: consumption and energy saving, rational use of water resources, waste storage and recycling, a number of published scientific works on environmental issues, academic disciplines related to the sustainable development, etc.
