From May 27, 2024 to June 01, 2024, the ISEI BSU delegation was on a business trip to the People’s Republic of China. The delegation consisted of Rodzkin Aleh I., Director, Zhuravkov V. V., Deputy Director for Education, Alexeichik Elena V., Head of International Relations Department.
During the business trip the Institute’s representatives visited Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic School of Health Science and Nursing (Shanghai), Shanghai College of Information Technologies (Shanghai), Ya’an Polytechnic College (Ya’an), Pingxiang Vocational College of Healthcare (Pingxiang) and Pingxiang University (Pingxiang).
Prospects of cooperation in education and science were discussed in the meetings with the authorities of the universities mentioned above. The delegation signed cooperation agreements with each university.
The following agreements were achieved within the visit:
- Implementation of joint educational programs of general and advanced higher education in the specialties: «Medical and Biological Science», «Environmental Protection», «Ecology», «Information Systems and Technologies»;
- Continuing education for the graduates of colleges from the People’s Republic of China in ISEI BSU;
- Academic exchange of teaching staff, undergraduate, master and PhD students;
- Internships for students;
- Internships for teaching staff;
- Hold joint scientific research on relevant areas;
- Participation in joint international workshops and conferences.
Within the visit to Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic School of Health Science and Nursing, Rodzkin Aleh I. was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic School of Health Science and Nursing.
