On September 20, within a business trip of ISEI BSU representatives (September 19 – 24, 2022) to the Republic of Uzbekistan there was a meeting with the administration of National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. Alexeichik Elena, Head of International Relations Department (ISEI BSU), Sysa Alexei, Dean of Environmental Medicine Faculty (ISIE BSU), Toshmatov Sh., Vice-Rector for Education (NUU), Abdrakhmanov T., Dean of Biological Faculty (NUU), the heads of international cooperation departments and the heads of the University’s chairs were at the meeting.
During the meeting the parties:
- Signed the additional agreement to the agreement on the joint educational program dated on July 15, 2019;
- Agreed to implement a joint master’s program in the specialty «Medical and Biological Science»;
- Developed the issue of the opening ISEI BSU branch based on National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek;
- Discussed other issues related to the educational and scientific research fields.
