Main tasks:

• ensure functionality and maintenance of university facilities, sanitary facilities, energy facilities (heating, water supply, sewerage, electricity, ventilation), external building service systems;

• check the technical state of energy equipment;

• monthly, quarterly and annual repair plan development (buildings and premises), and monitoring its implementation;

• make refit contracts on repair, construction and commissioning works at the facilities;

• monitor energy saving works;

• control over compliance with regulatory legal acts and other methodological materials on labor protection, safety, fire safety and industrial hygiene;

• ensure timely submission  and high-quality preparation of statistical reports;

• participate in the inventory of buildings, premises, and equipment to monitor their safety and technical state;

• participate in  training, retraining, and advanced training of department specialists;
• conduct office work according to the requirements of the Unified State System of Office Work, receiving and ensuring the safety of documents in office work.
