The 26th International Scientific Conference “Sakharov readings 2026: environmental problems of the XXI century” dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster ended in ISEI BSU.
The second day of the conference was devoted to an intensive practical work. Based on thematic sections and round tables, the participants discussed a wide range of issues: from modern methods of radiation monitoring and rehabilitation of contaminated areas to the problems of biomedicine, environmental education, and sustainable development of regions after the Chernobyl disaster.
The dance flash mob became a bright addition to the program. This demonstrated the continuity of generations and showed that the modern environmental agenda is closely linked to the energy and youth creative potential.
In the end of the Conference, ISEI BSU and Alfraganus University (Uzbekistan) signed a Cooperation Road Map.
