The outgoing year 2020 has brought us many challenges. The coronavirus COVID19 and the difficult socio-political situation demanded from each of us increased responsibility for the decisions made and the need to rebuild our usual rhythm of life and the nature of professional activity. Thanks to the deep understanding of the essence of the problems, revealed in the willingness to always learn professionalism, hard work of teachers, staff and students, a high sense of responsibility for the fate of the Sakharov Institute of BSU, we coped with difficulties by creating new informational resources and mastering modern technological platforms for educational work in a remote format, successfully completed all scientific projects, while significantly increasing the amount of funding from science and the export of educational services. We have opened new specialities in postgraduate and master’s studies, published a number of scientific articles in very prestigious international scientific journals, and increased the rating of our own scientific publications. It is very noteworthy that in 2020, the ISEI BSU became a member of the world GreenMetric rating. In the past year, we have sincerely enjoyed our modest successes, overcome difficulties together, and strive to achieve better results.
In the coming year 2021, we have a lot to do in all areas of the institute’s activities, primarily in education, science, corporate culture, personnel and youth policy, and the formation of a qualitatively new student environment.
Dear colleagues, we are united by the same goals, the desire to benefit our native institute, and the responsibility for its fate. Very soon, the New Year will come into its own. And I want the New Year’s holidays, which create an amazing atmosphere of kindness, to warm us with a special warmth, give us the brightest feelings and a good mood.
May the coming year be prosperous and happy for our students, undergraduates and postgraduates, for our entire team, may it bring peace, harmony and love to every family. I wish you good health, joy and good luck!
