On December 2, 2020, the “Open Dialogue” was launched at the ISEI BSU. “Open Dialogue” is a broad discussion platform that allows young people to raise any topics and ask exciting questions, to reveal their role in the development of the country and the formation of the worldview of the new generation.

The meeting with the representatives of the authorities was opened by the director of the institute, Professor S. A. Maskevich.

Andrey Savinykh – Belarusian statesman, diplomat, member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the VII Convocation, Chairman of the Permanent Commission for International Affairs and a Member of the Board of the Chamber of Representatives in the Parliament and Filipovich Lyudmila – Deputy Head of Administration of the Partyzanski district were invited to the event.

During the meeting, students asked questions of concern to young people and raised the topics of democracy, economy and politics in the Republic of Belarus. Andrey Vladimirovich spoke about the specifics of the work of a diplomat, about the countries where he worked, about the changes and processes taking place in society, the Republic of Belarus and the world.

The meeting gave the students of the institute an opportunity to express their life position, learn useful information, and understand the role of the youth of our country in the formation of statehood.
