A. A. Grishan, Deputy Head of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Partizansky District Police Department of Minsk, met with foreign students of our educational institution at the ISEI BSU, where the rules of stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Republic of Belarus were discussed.
The purpose of this meeting was the interest of the community of foreign students in a more detailed acquaintance with the rules of stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
A. A. Grishan informed the audience about a number of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus”, informed about the main points of registration of temporary stay and annual residence, as well as re-registration of foreign citizens. Attention was also paid to the consideration of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On the State Border of the Republic of Belarus” and the main provisions on administrative and criminal liability for violations of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
