Conservation of forests, saving water and electricity, and preventing the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere are all significant effects of such a familiar event as waste paper collection.
In October 2020, another large-scale action was held in the State Educational Institution (SEI) “Nursery-Garden №389 of Minsk”, designed to give unnecessary paper a second life. ISEI BSU always supports the holding of the campaign on the basis of the partner institution and tries to provide active support to the organizers. Ecovolunteers from among students, employees of the department of educational work with young people and the laboratory of environmental education took part in the action this time.
In total, during the campaign, about 2.5 tons of waste paper were collected in the SEI “Nursery-Garden №389 of Minsk”. Everyone’s contribution is valuable: a small eco-volunteer, a parent, a teacher, a representative of the administration. We thank the supporters of an environmentally friendly lifestyle for their active position and invite everyone to join our eco-orders!
