Senior employees and specialists of the structural divisions of the ISEI BSU, who are in charge of international activities, regularly improve their skills. In the period from 28.09.2020 to 02.10.2020 the dean of the Faculty of Environmental Medicine Sysa Alexey Grigoryevich and the head of the Department of International Relations Alekseychik Elena Valeryevna were trained in the courses of the advanced training program “International project management in a higher education institution”.
Training took place on the basis of the Department of International Relations of the Belarusian State University. 13 representatives of higher educational institutions of the republic became students of the courses.
Rytov A. V., Head of the Department of International Programs and Projects of the Department of International Relations of BSU, formulated the main tasks and goals in the field of international project management, demonstrated the models of international project management at the University;
Meerovskaya O. A., coordinator of the national information office of the EU’s science and innovation “BelISA”, focused courses on the development tool of higher education – international programs and projects;
Kovalenya A. M., Deputy Head of the Registration Department of the Department for Humanitarian Affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus, informed about the procedure for approving and registering foreign gratuitous aid in the Republic of Belarus;
Belchik I. I., Head of the International Technical Assistance Department of the Ministry of Economy, introduced the procedure for preparing documents for the approval and registration of international technical assistance projects.
During the course, the students were provided with information on the strategy of participation of higher education institutions in competitions of international programs, the application of methods and technologies of project management in a multicultural environment. Attention was also paid to the issues of financial management of projects. Classes on project reporting and audit were held in the form of a round table.
After completing the training program for advanced training and passing the test on international project management in a higher education institution, representatives of the ISEI BSU were rewarded certificates of the established sample.
