On the first day of the new academic year, the Belarusian State University hosted a traditional solemn line-up for first-year students. The event was presented by the director of the Institute, Professor S. A. Maskevich and the students who gained the maximum number of points based on the results of the admission campaign. Congratulations and parting words of the rector of BSU Andrey Dmitrievich Korol were addressed to the first-year students. Ilona Mishchuk, on behalf of the first-year students, congratulated all those present on the holiday – the Day of Knowledge. In memory of today’s holiday, students were awarded badges of BSU.
