\u00a0-Doctor in Physics and Mathematics, honorary professor \u2013 <strong>Maskevich Sergey A.<\/strong>;<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0-Deputy Head of Global Policy Governance and Humanitarian
