in inhibiting DNA synthesis under the action of DNA polymerases was shown.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Methods have been developed for the synthesis of the bioregulator-trimmer 2&#8242;, 5&#8242; &#8211; oligoadenylate, which is one of the intermediates in the mechanism of antiviral action of interferon, as well as its 2&#8242;, 3&#8242; &#8211; riboanhydro analog, which exhibits immunomodulatory properties and prevents tissue rejection in transplantation operations.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Methods for the synthesis of selectively blocked nucleotides containing photosensitive protective groups based on thioxanthone derivatives are developed; the possibility of using the obtained compounds for constructing high-density DNA biochips is
