Pathobiochemistry;
Methods of structural biology in the study of protein function;
Molecular biology of viruses and antiviral therapy;
Chemistry and biochemistry of carbohydrates.
Key results and projects
- Conditions for mass spectrometric detection of native insulins of various origins using high-resolution mass spectrometry are selected.
- Changes in the functional properties of insulins of various origins based on their ability to dimerize were studied using surface plasmon resonance spectrometry.
- Using the example of genetically engineered insulins, it is shown that SPR can serve as an effective way to assess the ability of insulins to enter into protein-protein interactions and form aggregates.
