On August 3-5, 2022, there is a Director`s meeting of Postgraduate Educational Course on Radiation Protection and the Safety of Radiation Sources, EVT2204126 in the Vienna International Center. Representatives from 11 countries of the world are taking part in it including the Deputy Director for Science of ISEI BSU, Maria G. Germenchuk.
During the meeting the agenda issues will be discussed. From August, 2021, updates in the organization and conducting of the courses; examinations and testing; teaching modalities and administrative issues.
Reference: From 2001 “Regional Postgraduate Educational Course on Radiation Protection and the Safety of Radiation Sources” is held at ISEI BSU. Maria Germenchuk is a Director of the courses. In 2021 twelve participants of the courses from 5 near abroad countries (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan) successfully defended their thesis in the specialty 1-33 01 71 “Radiation Protection and Ensuring the Safety of Radiation Sources” and obtained ISEI BSU diploma on retraining with the qualification “Specialist in Radiation Safety”.
