Учебная работа

В настоящее время читает лекции по дисциплинам: методы математической физики, квантовая физика, электродинамика, теория вероятности и математическая статистика.

Научные интересы

Физика элементарных частиц и астрофизика.

Основные результаты

Предложил модель, объединяющую все возможные варианты теории электрослабых взаимодействий с лево-правой симметрией и в рамках этой модели дал объяснение величины наблюдаемого на опыте аномального магнитного момента мюона. Изучая физику солнечных про-цессов, предсказал корреляцию нейтринного потока с солнечными вспышками. Установил пределы на массы тяжелых нейтрино, которые являются кандидатами на частицы холодной темной материи во Вселенной. Показал, что в рамках лево-правой модели можно получить согласие теории с экспериментом по наблюдению радиационного распада мюона. Получил совпадающие с экспериментом верхние границы на магнитные дипольные моменты нейтрино. Предсказал наиболее перспективные реакции для детектирования тяжелых нейтрино в условиях большого адронного кол-лайдера.

Карьера

Старший преподаватель кафедры физики Краматорского индустриального института. Доцент кафедры теоретической физики Гродненского государственного университета, заведующий кафедрой теоретической физики Гродненского государственного университета. Заведующий кафедрой теоретической физики в Белорусском государственном педагогическом университете, профессор кафедры теоретической физики в Белорусском государственном педагогическом университете. Профессор кафедры физики и высшей математики в «Международном государственном экологическом институте им. А.Д. Сахарова Белорусского государственного университета». Читал спецкурсы по физике элементарных частиц в университетах Польши (Варшава, Краков) и Германии (Аахен, Билефельд). В 1994 и 2004 гг. стажировался в Международном центре теоретической физики им. А.Салама (Триест, Италия). В “МГЭИ им. А.Д. Сахарова” БГУ работает с апреля 2012 г. по настоящее время.

Награды

В 1996 г. фондом International Soros Science Education Program было присвоено звание Soros Associate Professor. В 2006 г. научная биография включется в “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering’’ (Marquis Publishing House, USA). В 2007 г. the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge присуждает номинацию “International Scientist of the Year’’. С 2008 г. и по настоящее время научная биография ежегодно включается в издания“Who’s Who in the World’’ (Marquis Publishing House, USA). В 2008 г. the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge вносит в список 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21th Century. В 2014 г. присуждается ГАНАРОВАЯ ГРАМАТА Нацыянальнага Сходу Рэспублiкi Беларусь за вялiкi уклад у рэалiзацыю сацыяльнай палiтыкi Рэспублiкi Беларусь i шматгадовую пленную навукова-педагагiчную дзейнасць. В 2015 году the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge присуждает THE CAMBRIDGE CERTIFICATE for Outstanding Scientific Achievement.
