On August 31, 2022, a solemn meeting was held with the first-year students dedicated to the start of the new 2022/2023 academic year. The event was held in the Palace of Culture of the Minsk Tractor Plant. From ISEI BSU, the event was attended by the administration of the Institute: Director Sergey Aleksandrovich Maskevich, Deputy Director for Educational work Rodkin O.I., Deputy Director for Research Germenchuk M.G. and students. At the entrance to the Palace of Culture, all the guests were greeted by the orchestra “Fanfary Nemiga”.
Honorary invited guests addressed welcoming speech to the staff of the Institute and to the students: Goroshko A.V. (Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus), Filippovich L.A. (Deputy head of the administration of the Partizansky district), representatives of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology: Shernaev A.N. (Head of the department for coordinating joint educational programs in cooperation with foreign educational institutions) and Razakova L.S. (Deputy Head of the Department for Coordination of Joint Educational Programs in Cooperation with Foreign Educational Institutions for Work with Youth).
During the event, the students got acquainted with the student organizations of the Institute, watched a film dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian State University, and took pictures at the interactive zones.
