Conducting the regular national monitoring of the international technical assistance project ERASMUS КА2 «Setting peer review instruments and goals for medical (health) education»

November 10, 2021 ISEI BSU conducted regular national monitoring of the international technical assistance project ERASMUS КА2. The online meeting was attended by representatives of the Erasmus + National Office in Belarus (NEO): Minich Oxana, Minyukovich Ekaterina, Rytov Alexander and project coordinators: professor Levan Metreveli from International university BAU Batumi, Georgia, Sysa Aliaksey from ISEI BSU and Surmach Elena, Grodno State Medical University.
Monitoring is carried out on behalf of the Executive Agency for Education, Culture and Audiovisual of the European Commission and is carried out within the framework of standard monitoring agreements for all projects of the Erasmus + program.
The following positions were presented in the monitoring program: familiarization with the goals and objectives of monitoring, presentation of the project results, discussion of the progress of the project and familiarization with the preliminary results of monitoring.
From the part of ISEI BSU the meeting was attended by: Sysa A.G., dean of the Faculty of environmental medicine, Alexeichik E.V., head of the Department of international relations, Chemeneva N.N., deputy of chief accountant, Loban E.V., specialist of the II qualification category. The director of ISEI BSU, Maskevich S.A. and project coordinator, professor Levan Metreveli (International university BAU Batumi, Georgia) addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.
The project participants were familiarized with the goals and objectives of the monitoring, announced by the representatives of the Erasmus + National Office in Belarus (NEO). Coordinators from both Belarusian partner universities presented the intermediate result of the project. Further, a discussion of the progress of the project took place, in which Minich Oksana Anatolyevna, head of the National Office of ERASMUS + in the Republic of Belarus, Minyukovich Ekaterina Alexandrovna, administrator of the Office of ERASMUS +, Rytov Alexander Vladimirovich, administrator of the Office of ERASMUS +, Alexey Sysa, dean of the Faculty of Environmental Medicine, International Sakharov Environmental Institute of BSU, project coordinator; Alekseychik Elena Valerievna, head of the department of international relations of the International Sakharov Environmental Institute of BSU, project manager, Surmach Marina Yurievna, head of the department of public health and health care of the Grodno State Medical University, project coordinator, Razvodovskaya Yanina Vladislavovna, head of the department of foreign languages of the Grodno State Medical University, expert-teacher took part.
At the end of the meeting, the preliminary results of the monitoring were announced and the significance of the achieved results was emphasized. In addition, it was proposed to consider the issue of extending the terms of the project and it was recommended to intensify the work on the purchase of equipment, submission of information to the websites of universities and to expand the dissemination of the project results.
